Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are written on vouchers valid for 6 months and can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and can not be used to purchase products or exchange for cash. If after this time, the client has legally 2.5years to use them but as a small business we appreciate a faster turn around so we can pamper you!

Booking Policy

We require a $20 deposit at the time of your booking for any appointments that we choose and that are 60 minutes or more. As this is a new policy, current appointments can be secured without deposit if Classic Beauty has not asked for deposit. If you have 1 or more no show appointments, we will require a 50% deposit for any bookings. For appointments over 2 hours we reserve the right to ask for a 50% booking deposit. 

You will be sent a SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. To secure your appointment, you are required to respond with a “Y”. If you need to reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hour’s notice. Confirming your appointment will be seen as acknowledgement of our booking policy.

On the day of your appointment you can use your $20 deposit as credit for future appointments or can be redeemed on the day. Any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled without the required 24 hour notice will absorb your credit. The only exception to the booking policy is if there is a medical emergency. 

If you are to reschedule or cancel with 24 hours + notice, your $20 deposit is credited on your account to use at any future appointments, it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Arriving late to your appointment may mean your appointment will be cut short, to allow us to remain on time for our next client and our standard fees will still apply.

Our Policies

Late client policy - please be mindful when running late tp your appointment and call the salon. We will let you know if we are still able to fit your appointment in. However please understand that we are a busy salon and may require to reschedule your appointment.


We understand things may happen but we ask to be mindful when cancelling your appointment a few hours before hand or not showing up to your appointment. We ask you please give us 4 hours notice if possible this way we can open up spots to clients that are on a waiting list.

Here at Classic we do not tolerate any forms of abusive and will refuse services if any of the following occurs

- if we feel uncomfortable, forced or threatened

-if the client is rude to any of the salon staff members in any way. This included via text, via email or in clinic. 

Postage & Returns

At Classic Beauty Therapy we try our best to package & deliver/post your product as soon as possible. We cannot control delivery time once we have posted a product as it is completely out of our control & apologise for any delay. Once posted, we will send you a confirmation message with a tracking number to follow. We take no responsibility or offer refunds for late delivery once posted.


Products that arrive broken or damaged are out of our control and hold no responsibility. Please contact the postage service and use their services to rectify.

Be Classic Membership

6 or 12 month membership from date of sign up. Membership will auto renew if not cancelled with 14days notice.

T&C’s, membership benefits and any other aspects of Be Classic rewards programs may be subject to change with notice on website.


Administration Fee - $5.50 paid by Classic Beauty Therapy

Bank Account Direct Debit Fee - $0.99 paid by Classic Beauty Therapy

Visa/MasterCard Direct Debit Fee – 2.35% paid by Customer

AMEX/Diners Direct Debit Fee – 4.40% paid by Customer

A reminder SMS will be sent when your Direct Debit will be taken out.

Dishonor Fee of $21.90 will be charged if insufficient funds.

Name to appear on customer's statement is Ezi* "Classic Beauty".

Customer can choose the frequency of the Direct Debit either weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Membership starts from first day of signup even if money has not been debited from account.

Benefits of joining Be Classic Membership is:

  • 10% off any other service (excluding promotions).

Treatment discount does not have to be on the same day as appointment for Membership treatment. 

  • 10% off Gift vouchers (excluding promotions) will also be given.

  • Bottle of Wine when joining will only be given to 18y/o+.

Membership treatments are not transferable and non-refundable

Monthly membership treatments are worked out by either:

6 month – 26weeks (26 weekly direct debits) divided by 6 = 4.3 weeks make one month. Monthly treatments must be performed within this time frame and cannot be rolled over for any reason.

12 month – 52weeks (52 weekly direct debits) divided by 12 = 4.3 weeks make one month.

Monthly treatments must be performed within this time frame and cannot be rolled over for any reason.

Booking policy still applies to members and $20 deposit will be taken on appointments of one hour or more. Deposit can be redeemed on add on treatments, or can be kept on file for when the membership ends.

$15 Birthday voucher cannot be used on membership treatments, promotions or products.

$15 New Client welcome voucher cannot be used on membership treatments, promotions or products.

If promotion is run on treatments included in membership, this cannot be used, as membership rewards are worked out over a time period and include other benefits.

Memberships can be bought for someone else as a gift but must be direct debited out of one person’s account for length of membership.
