Is Your Skin Too Oily or Too Dry?

Did you know our skin's pH levels should sit between 4.5-5.5?

This means your skin is a healthy balance, which means your skin is looking and feeling great! Although this is not the case for a lot of people. You may be more dry, or more oily or a combination of both.

If our skin shows signs of dryness, sensitivity, redness/inflammation, sun damage and wrinkles this can mean your skins pH is unbalanced and is sitting more alkaline. This is anywhere from a pH 5.5 and up.

If you have a acne-prone skin, consist oil flow on the skin surface, redness and inflammation is present. This can mean you are sitting at the opposite end of the

scale where your skins pH is too acidic. This is anywhere from 4.5 and down. For example our, in salon peels sit at a low pH of 2.2. This means this allows a quick penetration of acids with controlled irritation.
